However, those groups sometimes allow small groups to add on as long as the itinerary remains unchanged, please contact us at groups@vinelinehoho.com to coordinate. Hop On Hop Off routes are now selected and planned in advance by the group for that day.
We have Alcatraz tickets available for the booked tours year round but the Park Service requires that the $45.25 Alcatraz ticket can ONLY be purchased as part of this published tourism package. For Alcatraz Island tickets, please email us at groups@vinelinehoho.com for availability of tickets, we will let you know which days are available and then you can book online. Apologies are in order but Alcatraz Island visits can sell out months in advance, we know what our demand will be and have planned accordingly – there are cancellations however so please check with us for availability.
The Vine Line Hop-On Hop-Off is Wine Country’s first and only Hop-On Hop-Off shuttle – our service is the same but we use other car services as necessary for the uniquely selected winery tasting rooms in the Carneros or Napa region.

Book Now While cruising the Vine Line you’ll have plenty of time to visit the Carneros area wineries we participate with, featuring Schug Winery or the Keating or Meadowcroft tasting rooms at Cornerstone Sonoma to the Larson Family Winery. Napa Tour is by appointment as planned only. The shuttle stops at participating wineries every 30 to 40 minutes and you can stay as long as you like, hopping on for a ride to the next winery. Please eat and bring snacks. Food is available all day at the Cornerstone Market at Cornerstone Sonoma. Cornerstone, Larson and Robledo have great picnic areas.
